When the smart car needed a rest David carried on navigating 3000 miles around Europe in a vintage 1972 beach buggy. Later he took another smart car on a 7500-mile trek from Europe’s northernmost tip to its southernmost point.David’s adventures narrated with humour and warmth capture the joy and resilience of exploration.
